Important Steps for Testing at the HH DPC:
1) Non-Member or Member, CALL for Appointment: 402-533-2223.
You MUST have an appt for a Rapid COVID test, NO drop-ins allowed.
2) Please Print the above Consent Forms at Home.
3) Complete BEFORE arrival, and bring with you.
4) Before swab completed, $80 Cash collected and Review of forms, any swab questions answered. PLEASE NOTE: We will not offer ICD-10 codes, tax ID's, etc for insurance reimbursement.
5) Results to you in less than 1 hour. (Avg 20-30 min)
HH DPC Blair, 407 S. 19th St: Please park in the Staff parking lot, next to the PetroMart.
HH Ashland, 1518 Silver St: Please use the alley, back door parking.

Our goal is to take care of you ALWAYS! This means you can start your care here before pregnancy, and we will provide your obstetric needs, including delivery.
Dr. Beckenhauer has privileges to deliver and care for you at MCH&HS (Blair) and UNMC (Omaha). She can deliver you vaginally or by Cesarean Section at these locations.
We provide personalized pediatric care that your child deserves. As healthcare providers, and even more importantly as parents, we want easy access for medical care when our loved ones are ill. At the Healthy Human, you are able to reach us easily to address your needs.

If you currently have an illness and would need IV fluids, we are here to help you get back on your feet again as quick as possible. Dr. Beckenhauer and Melanie have both worked in an Emergency Room setting and understand the fees and wait time. Just call/email/text us, we will have you come in and determine if it is appropriate for you to receive them at our clinic.
