What happens if someone gets hurt, and you cannot afford the cost of healthcare? That is why we exist.
We are a cash pay facility, that eliminates the "extra costs" of the middlemen.
Our overall goal is to keep costs low for ALL.
We do not use insurance for Primary Care/Acute Visits, so we can keep costs LOW for the Patient, YOU!
If the Patient requests, and has insurance, you may utilize your insurance in times of imaging, labs, or other items such as surgical services and Specialist visits.

The Healthy Human is committed to transparency in pricing and providing affordable healthcare that’s accessible to everyone. Our affordable self-pay visits cost less on average than other urgent care providers.

​Patient must be seen every 3 months for refill requests, if NON-Member of the DPC.

Includes Office Visit by Physician or Provider,
ONE clinic procedure (See listing)

Outside labs, vaccines, and durable medical equipment are not included in the pricing above
and are charged separately as add-ons.

*Participation in self-pay pricing cannot be used in combination with commercial insurance benefits
nor can it be provided to patients participating in U.S. government health plans.
An invoice can be supplied for those that wish to utilize HSA funds for medical expenses at the Healthy Human.

Camp Physical - $299
College Sports Physical - $199
Sports Physical - $75 (Discounted Fees: May 25-August 10)

All physicals listed above, EXCLUDING Sports Physical, include a vaccine review.
The Healthy Human follows CDC guidelines for a vaccine review.
Patients must bring their vaccine history information in order for the vaccine review to be completed.
